Job summary

The Hong Kong Green Building Council is expanding its secretariat and is opening for the post of Executive – Human Resources. You will report to the Manager – Human Resources and Head of Finance and Administration, handling recruitment, payroll, MPF, leave, and HR analytics to support staff across the organization.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in HR, 1–2 years’ HR experience, and strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related discipline required.
• 1–2 years HR experience; public sector background advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Attend to overall HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, HRIS, training and development and other HR related matters.
• Assist in recruitment activities including internship programmes and industrial attachment programmes.
• Monitor the full lifecycle of employees from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer HR software systems and keep personnel records secure.
• Prepare payroll, MPF, leave management and tax returns for staff.
• Support HR analytics, policies, and procedures updates.
• Provide advice on HR questions and staff conduct compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and assist in HR projects and initiatives.
