Job summary

Tai Hing Worldwide Development Ltd seeks a committed HR professional to cover recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, employee relations and staff engagement programs. You will maintain compliance with Hong Kong employment laws and company policy while building strong relationships with department heads and NGO partners.

Experience in advertising recruitment channels and supporting internship schemes and branding initiatives is preferred.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in HRM or related discipline.
• At least 4 years HR experience in a sizable company.
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF and related legislations.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, C&B administration, employee relations and staff engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance of HR practices with company policy, local legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with section heads to summarize hiring needs and maintain strong NGO stakeholder partnerships for HR initiatives.
• Evaluate advertising/recruitment channels and support summer internship schemes and branding initiatives.
• Handle ad hoc HR projects as assigned.
