Job summary

Pictureworks (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior HR Executive to prepare and consolidate HR reports across all locations, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. You will maintain monthly and quarterly dashboards on headcount, turnover, recruitment, compensation, and workforce costs.

The role emphasizes HR data analysis, insights, and coordinating with local teams to improve data quality and reporting standards. Experience with HRIS and C&B is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including exposure to regional or Group HR functions.
• Strong experience in HR C&B, reporting, analytics, and HR data management.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis, dashboards).
• Experience with HRIS and HR projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of labour laws in Hong Kong; exposure to China and Thailand is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate HR reports across all locations, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain monthly and quarterly HR dashboards covering headcount, turnover, recruitment, compensation, and workforce costs.
• Support HR data analysis and provide insights for management decision-making.
• Coordinate with local HR teams to improve data quality and reporting standards.
• Assist in Group HR projects, including HRIS implementation, performance management, employee engagement, and organisational changes.
• Support compensation and benefits benchmarking, budgeting, and policy administration.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations for senior management.
