We are a rapidly expanding catering group managing multiple restaurant brands.
Payroll & Attendance: Execute the full spectrum of monthly payroll calculations, including overtime pay, tips/service charge distribution, attendance, and leave management for both frontline (multi-outlet) and back-office staff.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure all C&B operations, employment contracts, and final payments fully comply with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57) and MPF regulations.
Taxation & MPF: Handle daily MPF administration (enrollment, termination, remittance) and prepare annual and ongoing taxation forms (IR56B/E/F/G).
Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare, consolidate, and analyze various HR & C&B reports (e.g., headcount, labor cost analysis, leave balance) for management review using advanced Excel functions.
HR System & Records: Assist in updating the HRIS / payroll system, maintaining accurate employee personnel files and leave records.
Employee Enquiries: Serve as the point of contact to answer staff inquiries regarding payroll, leave entitlements, benefits, and company policies.
Operational Support: Provide administrative support to the central HR team on ad-hoc projects, such as foreign labor applications, employee handbook updates, and onboarding logistics when necessary.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong focus on C&B. Solid experience in the Food & Beverage, Catering, or Retail industry is highly preferred.
Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and Inland Revenue Department requirements.
Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly with strong skills in Excel (e.g., XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for processing complex payroll data and formatting text strings.
Strong numerical sense, meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly sensitive to confidential information.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
