Job summary

Headsearch21 Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Senior HR Officer (C&B - Reporting / with Regional exp) to consolidate and standardize HR reporting across locations in Hong Kong. The role develops group HR dashboards and handles monthly/quarterly reports, aligning data quality and governance with local teams.

You will participate in HR projects, support C&B processes, HRIS rollouts, and organization-wide initiatives, translating data into actionable insights for Senior Management.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR Management.
• Experience in a Regional or Group-level HR role.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS implementation and HR data management.
• Strong data consolidation and analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and standardize HR reporting across all operating locations.
• Develop, maintain and enhance group HR dashboards and periodic reports (monthly and quarterly).
• Identify data gaps and collaborate with local HR teams to improve data quality, governance and reporting discipline.
• Prepare ad hoc HR analyses, reports and presentations for Senior Management.
• Participate in group-wide HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and ensure consistent local execution.
• Support annual C&B projects including salary review, benchmark, data analysis and budgeting processes.
• Participate in HRIS implementation and organizational restructuring initiatives.
• Support HR system-related projects, including roll out, testing and documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
