Job summary

We+ Asia is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Manager to partner with business leaders across Mainland China and Hong Kong, driving full-scope HR operations in a cross-border environment. This role blends HRBP, TA and OD with strong data analytics, improving time-to-fill, retention, and engagement in fast-paced, tech-driven teams.

You will leverage Workday/SAP SuccessFactors/Beisen and BI tools to build dashboards and KPI frameworks, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in HR Management or related field.
4+ years of full-scope HR experience with 3+ years in HRBP/TA/OD roles.
Experience navigating Mainland China and Hong Kong labour laws (Employment Ordinance, MPF) and compliance.
Data-savvy with Excel Pivot/Power Query and Power BI.
Proven ability to design KPI/OKR frameworks and performance calibration.
Excellent English and Mandarin communication for cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to drive full-scope HR operations across Mainland China and Hong Kong.
Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility.
Develop data-driven recruitment strategies to reduce time-to-fill and improve retention.
