Job summary

FWD Group in Hong Kong seeks an HRIS & Workday specialist to translate HK HR priorities into technology and analytics solutions. The role supports the CHRO and regional teams with data-driven insights and drives Workday enhancements, testing, deployment and adoption across the organization.

You will develop workforce insights for leadership decisions, strengthen data governance, and manage HR lifecycle processes with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, IS, business, or CS.
• Experience with Workday HCM, reporting, and HR transformations.
• Strong data analytics, governance, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Translate HR priorities into technology, analytics, and process solutions.
• Champion a seamless Workday experience for the Hong Kong team.
• Partner with groups to deliver Workday enhancements, testing and adoption.
• Develop workforce insights for senior leadership decisions.
• Improve HR data accuracy, governance, and controls.
• Manage Workday-based lifecycle processes and HR transactions.
• Drive HR projects, automation, and digital transformation.
