Pathsight Limited is seeking an HRIS Specialist (HR Reporting and Projects) to standardize HR reporting across all locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will develop group HR dashboards and monthly/quarterly reports covering headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, compensation, and workforce costs.
The role involves identifying data gaps, improving data governance, and preparing ad hoc analyses for senior management and the Board.
Consolidate and standardize HR reporting across all operating locations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
Develop, maintain, and enhance group HR dashboards and periodic reports (monthly and quarterly), covering headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, compensation, and workforce costs, etc.
Identify data gaps and collaborate with local HR teams to improve data quality, governance, and reporting discipline
Prepare ad hoc HR analyses, reports, and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors
Support the rollout of group-wide HR initiatives (e.g. performance management, engagement surveys, policy updates) and ensure consistent local execution
Assist in compensation and benefits benchmarking, analysis, and budgeting processes
Participate in key HR projects such as HRIS implementation and organizational restructuring initiatives
Maintain and continuously improve the Group HR policy framework to ensure relevance and alignment across all locations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a regional or group-level HR role gained from MNCs and/or manufacturing industry
Demonstrated experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, and dashboard development
Proven ability to coordinate with HR teams across multiple countries or locations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization)
Hands-on experience with HRIS implementation and HR data management
Solid understanding of labor laws and HR compliance in Hong Kong, China, and Thailand is highly preferred
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
