• Conduct benchmarking studies and provide insights on market competitiveness.
• Develop data-driven reward frameworks that support performance, retention and talent attraction.
• Build advanced workforce analytics capabilities across the organisation.
• Analyse workforce, talent and reward data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop predictive models and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Establish executive dashboards and reporting frameworks for management review.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on talent, organisation and reward matters.
• Influence business decisions through fact-based analysis and compelling recommendations.
• Support organisation transformation, productivity improvement and change initiatives.
