Job summary

Kai-Fu Property Services Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to manage payroll, MPF, taxation, leave and attendance, and to drive HRIS system improvements.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors, ensuring compliance and timely reporting. The role requires hands-on C&B experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 5-8 years or above HR experience with payroll and C&B exposure
• Hands-on MPF administration, tax filing and attendance management
• Experience in HRIS/HRMS implementation and UAT testing preferred
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF formulas and data analysis
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience in Property Management industry is advantageous
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Officer

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits functions including payroll processing, MPF administration, taxation, leave and attendance management
• Prepare payroll reports, annual tax returns and statutory submissions accurately and on time
• Ensure HR operations are in compliance with Employment Ordinance and company policies
• Act as the key HR representative in HRIS projects, including system enhancement, development, implementation and ongoing optimization
• Gather user requirements and work closely with internal stakeholders and system vendors on HR system development and process improvement
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system configuration review, issue tracking and troubleshooting
• Prepare test scenarios, test scripts and UAT documentation to ensure successful system rollout
• Coordinate data migration, system integration and post-implementation support
• Drive project completion and ensure deliverables are achieved within timeline and quality requirements
• Review and streamline HR workflows through digitalization and automation initiatives
