AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead Compensation & Benefits operations in Hong Kong. You will manage payroll, MPF, tax filings and related activities while overseeing core HRIS, ESS, iLeave, iAttendance and PMS systems.

You will supervise a small team, coordinate annual HR cycles, perform market benchmarking, and drive process improvements. Proactive, bilingual candidates with strong analytical and project management skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 6 years of HR experience with C&B and HRIS exposure.
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
• Hands-on HRIS management; IPL system experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Excel; good English and Chinese communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) functions, including payroll, MPF administration, tax filing and related activities.
• Oversee and maintain HR systems, including core HRIS, ESS, iLeave, iAttendance and PMS.
• Lead and supervise a small team to ensure smooth C&B operations including onboarding/offboarding and benefits administration.
• Coordinate annual HR exercises, including performance appraisals, insurance renewal, salary reviews, and audits.
• Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to stay competitive.
• Drive digitalization, automation and process improvement in C&B processes.
• Coach and develop team members to build a high-performing C&B team.
• Prepare regular HR metrics, reports and insights for management.
• Participate in other HR projects and duties as assigned.
