Job summary

HR Plus supports a leading Chinese investment bank in Hong Kong to recruit a C&B Payroll Manager with strong experience in compensation and benefits. The role oversees payroll management, social security, provident funds, tax reporting, and rewards programs.

You will lead data-driven payroll processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the HR team with related duties while maintaining excellent relationships with staff and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5–6 years of compensation and benefits experience.
• Proficient in Excel with strong data analysis.
• Familiar with Hong Kong laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage compensation and benefits plans, including payroll management, social security, and provident funds.
• Manage payroll and benefits accounting, disbursement, and tax reporting.
• Ensure timely follow-up on employee insurance applications and maintenance.
• Conduct employee performance appraisals and manage rewards.
• Assist the HR department with related work.
