Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a senior C&B leader to oversee comprehensive compensation and benefits operations for a multinational group.

You will manage payroll, MPF, taxation, leave administration, benefits and expatriate affairs, and drive pay trend analyses, budgeting and incentive reviews. Strong communication, vendor management and HRIS analytics are essential, with a proven track record in HR digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in C&B and HR operations in an MNC or conglomerate.
• Experience leading digital transformation or automation projects within HR.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of C&B operations, including payroll, MPF, taxation, leave administration, employee benefits and expatriate management
• Manage various C&B exercises including pay trend survey, budgeting, salary review & bonus distribution, insurance review and other projects
