Job summary

HR Plus supports a leading Chinese investment bank in Hong Kong to recruit a C&B Payroll Manager with strong experience in compensation and benefits. The role oversees payroll management, social security, provident funds, tax reporting, and rewards programs.

You will lead data-driven payroll processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the HR team with related duties while maintaining excellent relationships with staff and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5–6 years of compensation and benefits experience.
• Proficient in Excel with strong data analysis.
• Familiar with Hong Kong laws and regulations.

About our client:

Our client, a leading Chinese investment bank, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced C&B Payroll Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-6 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, and must be a resident of Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans, including payroll management, social security, and provident funds.
• Manage employee payroll and benefits accounting, disbursement, and tax reporting.
• Ensure timely follow-up on employee insurance applications and maintenance.
• Conduct employee performance appraisals and manage rewards.
• Assist the HR department in other related work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong's relevant laws and regulations, compensation systems, and performance management.
• Proficient in office software such as Excel, with strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to maintain good working relationships with employees and management.
