HR Plus in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant HR Manager (C&B) to oversee comprehensive payroll processing, MPF and tax administration, and related HR services. The role also involves policy review, process improvement, and contributing to management reporting.

The ideal candidate has a degree in HR or business, 8+ years in C&B payroll with supervisory exposure, and strong Excel/IPL system proficiency, with fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of work experience in C&B and payroll, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking, organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with IPL system preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform and handle all payroll functions including monthly payroll, final payment, MPF administration, tax filing and leave calculation.
• Ensure compliance to local regulatory obligations and seamless provision of payroll & related HR services.
• Monitor and manage payroll activities to deliver accurate and timely payroll services.
• Review policies and procedures, drive process improvements for best-practice operations.
• Assist in preparing various analyses, annual and budgeting reports for management review.
• Participate in system upgrade and enhancement activities; ensure HRIS data accuracy.
