Kerry Properties Limited seeks a Senior Analyst, HR (People Analytics) to drive data governance, analytics dashboards, and data-driven HR decision support. You will collaborate with HR, IT and external partners to deliver actionable insights and improve HR processes across a multinational organization.

The role requires expertise in HR metrics, workforce analytics, and data storytelling, with strong communication skills in English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of multinational experience.
• Solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Platinum, BIPO and HROne.
• Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and Tableau.
• Experience in HR consulting, transformation or advisory roles preferred.
• Experience designing HR analytics dashboards and reporting apps.
• Strong knowledge of HR metrics, workforce analytics, and data storytelling.
• Ability to translate HR and business requirements into analytics tools.
• Good commercial awareness of HR leadership priorities.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and enhance HR analytics dashboards and reporting tools.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs.
• Deliver workforce analytics and recommendations on planning, talent acquisition, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain HR data governance standards, policies, and security.
• Manage HR data quality initiatives and regular audits across HR systems.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics, KPIs, and executive dashboards for leadership.
• Analyze workforce trends and provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to improve People Analytics capabilities.
• Stay abreast of trends and best practices in People Analytics and HR technology.
