Job summary

Kerry Properties Limited is seeking an Officer, HR specializing in Learning & Development and Talent Management in Hong Kong. You will support end-to-end administrative and operational duties for learning programmes, coordinate various training initiatives, and assist in talent reviews and succession planning to strengthen organizational capability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business, at least 3 years in L&D or talent management, and strong data reporting/administration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR, or related areas.
• Experience in training administration, programme coordination, or talent development support within a sizeable organization is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; LMS/HRIS experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support for Learning & Development and Talent Management programmes.
• Coordinate training programmes, workshops, leadership development initiatives, graduate programmes, and talent development activities.
• Support the organization and administration of talent review, succession planning, and high-potential employee development processes.
• Assist in preparing talent and learning reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for management review.
• Maintain and update employee training records, talent databases, succession plans, and development tracking systems.
• Coordinate staff orientation and onboarding programmes, ensuring a positive learning experience for new hires.
• Provide logistics support for training courses, talent programmes, assessment centres, workshops, and development activities.
• Assist in the administration of training sponsorship, education assistance, and professional qualification reimbursement programmes.
• Support the administration and maintenance of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
• Monitor programme participation, completion rates, and feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support ad hoc projects related to learning, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational development, and talent management.
