Strong SQL/Python skills and bilingual English/Chinese communication are essential for this role. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or above and at least eight years of experience in data-centric environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in databases, data analytics/engineering, automation and reporting.
• Experience with multi-source data, data cleansing, governance and quality controls.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and AI tools for data processing and automation.
• Advanced Excel skills; SPSS is a plus.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain structured/unstructured research data and customer analytics databases.
• Manage databases, analytics, automation and reporting projects end-to-end.
• Define database architecture, schemas, data structures and workflow integration.
• Automate workflows, reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Clean, validate and standardize multi-sourced data for reliability.
• Propose and maintain platforms that connect to databases.
• Write user requirements, data schemas, field definitions and guidelines.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks aligned with business needs.
