Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong is seeking a senior data analytics professional to drive business insights and governance. You will build dashboards, perform deep-dive analyses and support AI-assisted data initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in data analytics or governance, strong SQL, and experience communicating with stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions. Hong Kong-based, on-site engagement with exposure to financial services sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Management or Data Governance.
• Strong SQL skills; Python experience is an advantage.
• Experience in dashboard reporting, business insights and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality and metadata management.
• Exposure to AI/ML applications in data management is a plus.
• Financial Services, Banking or Insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, KPIs and management reports to support business decision-making.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, customer insights and business improvement opportunities.
• Deliver actionable recommendations through reporting and deep-dive analysis.
• Support predictive analytics and data-driven transformation projects.
