Job summary

Kerry Properties Limited is seeking an experienced Change Management leader in Hong Kong to direct the Group's transformation initiatives across technology, processes, and culture. You will collaborate with senior leaders, project teams, HR, and stakeholders to ensure readiness, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

The role focuses on governance, capability-building, and sustainable change across the organization, leveraging data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience in both consulting and in-house environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group's Change Management framework, methodologies, tools, and governance to support strategic transformation initiatives.
• Lead organization-wide change management programmes associated with business transformation, digital transformation, technology implementation, process optimization, and organizational restructuring.
• Partner with business leaders to assess change impacts, identify risks, and develop effective change interventions.
• Conduct organizational change readiness assessments and develop tailored change management plans.
• Design and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and change advocacy strategies.
• Drive technology adoption programs with user adoption strategies, training plans, and reinforcement mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to design change capability and digital literacy programmes.
• Lead culture transformation initiatives aligning with the Group's values and leadership behaviours.
• Develop change champion networks and leadership engagement programs.
