Job summary

Hong Kong Tourism Board is seeking a Manager, Human Resources (HRIS & HR Analytics) to lead the implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems supporting HR operations.

You will manage the project lifecycle for HR system initiatives, partner with HR process owners to drive automation, establish data governance, and develop dashboards and analytics to inform workforce decisions in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, with substantial hands-on experience in HRIS implementation and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems to support HR operational requirements.
• Manage the project lifecycle of HR system initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration review, data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Partner closely with HR process owners to review existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and drive system solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Establish and maintain HR data governance frameworks, controls, and standards to ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards, reports, and people analytics to support HR operations, workforce planning and management decision-making.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and key point of contact for HR systems, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, user training, and change management throughout system implementation and enhancement initiatives.
• Support Compensation & Benefits (C&B) operations, including salary & benefits administration, HR budgeting, annual compensation review exercises, and other C&B-related projects and initiatives.
• Participate in other duties and projects as required.
