Job summary

JCDecaux Transport in Hong Kong seeks a capable HR Generalist to manage full HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, MPF, leave, attendance, and employee relations. You will support policy development and annual exercises, maintain HRIS, and assist in staff activities.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience, HK Employment Ordinance familiarity, and strong MS Excel/PowerPoint skills. Bilingual English/Chinese communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in HRM/Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in all-rounded HR functions in a sizable organization.
• Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and Labor Legislation; strong in compensation & benefits, payroll and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; good English and Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, payroll, MPF, C&B, leave and attendance management, employee relations and training.
• Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage annual exercises: performance management, insurance renewal, salary review and bonus proposals, taxation, and audits.
• Maintain HRIS and HR records; generate regular HR reports.
• Provide office administrative support and organize staff activities; assist in ad-hoc projects.

Job description

Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, payroll, MPF calculation, compensation & benefits, leave & attendance management, employee relations and training & development, etc.

Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Responsible on annual exercises includes performance management, insurance renewal, salary review & bonus proposal, taxation, commission scheme and finance audit

Maintain and update the HR system, records and regular reports

Provide office administrative support and organize staff activities

Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Job Requirements:

Diploma holder or above in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or related discipline

At least 3-5 years’relevant experience in all rounded human resources functions insizable organization

Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and Labor Legislation and strong in C&B function, payroll and reporting

Independent, detail-minded, pleasant, strong inter-personal skill and mature

Experiences in maintenance of e-leave system and HRIS

Experiences in organizing company activities with NGO is an advantage

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint application and Chinese word processing

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
