Job summary

All Star Agency in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Relationship Manager for Corporate Banking to grow a portfolio of HK blue-chip clients. You will drive revenue by delivering comprehensive banking solutions across lending, treasury, and capital markets.

You will coordinate with overseas branches, partner with Credit & Investment teams, and lead end-to-end transaction execution while ensuring risk compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CFA/FRM/CPA a plus
• 7+ years in corporate banking or related fields
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute client account plans with clear objectives.
• Originate corporate lending, structured finance, and treasury solutions.
• Coordinate with overseas branches to deliver integrated client coverage.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across financing, treasury, and capital markets.
• Lead end-to-end transaction execution with internal/external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Credit & Investment teams on credit structuring and approvals.
• Stay informed on market and regulatory changes to advise clients.
