Job summary

PeopleSearch Limited is recruiting for an Relationship Manager in Global Corporate Banking based in Hong Kong. You will manage a portfolio of large corporate accounts, drive cross-sell revenue, and ensure exceptional client service across business segments.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate banking or financial services, strong credit analysis and product knowledge, and ability to work across Southeast Asia. Regional assignments and in-depth regulatory awareness are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience serving large corporate clients in corporate banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking, trade finance, credit and treasury products/services.
• Familiar with banking compliance, operations, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in local SEA languages is highly preferred; professional Cantonese/ Mandarin is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management and business growth for large corporate accounts within designated segments.
• Drive revenue growth through cross-selling of corporate banking and treasury products while delivering high-standard client service.
• Meet individual KPI targets and contribute to team objectives.
• Prepare and structure detailed credit proposals aligned with risk policies and authority.
• Undertake regional exposure through on-the-job training in Hong Kong and short-term SEA assignments.
