Aeon-Credit-Service- in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Administration and HR leader to oversee the full spectrum of services, from HR management and recruitment to facilities and procurement.

You will design and implement organizational structures, develop talent strategies, manage payroll, benefits, and HRIS, and lead projects in a reputable banking and finance context with a five-day work week.

Qualifikationen

• At least 8 years experience in administration/HR with 3 years in a managerial grade.
• Experience in banking & finance is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with HR systems and employee benefits management.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and manage full spectrum of Administration Services.
• Lead HR functions including recruitment and compensation.
• Manage facilities maintenance, security and safety, and office supplies.
• Develop talent strategies, policies and procedures; design organizational structure.
