Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a VP/Director to lead compensation & benefits, payroll, and HR operations in a fast-paced capital markets environment. You will drive salary reviews, benchmarking, and budgeting while ensuring compliance with HK regulations.

You will oversee payroll systems, HRIS, workforce reporting, and analytics, and partner with business leaders on workforce planning and compensation matters.

Qualifikationen

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 6+ years in C&B and HR Operations, with experience in securities/investment banks or capital markets.
• Strong experience in compensation reviews, bonus planning, salary surveys, payroll, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong employment regulations; PRC knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
