Peter and Partners Limited is seeking a hands-on Compensation & Benefits leader in Hong Kong to upgrade and professionalise the C&B function. You will lead a small team, drive payroll improvements and governance, and shape C&B policies and programmes.

Key duties include overseeing end-to-end payroll, implementing policy enhancements, and delivering incentive cycles while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity.

Competenze

• 8–12 years hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits including payroll
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment regulations
• Experience leading or supervising a small team; proactive and collaborative
• Chinese language capability is essential

Mansioni

• Oversee and drive end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Review, enhance and document C&B policies to align with business needs
• Design and deliver compensation and benefits programmes, including annual reviews and incentive cycles
• Improve HR data accuracy, reporting and workflows; reduce reliance on spreadsheets
• Lead governance and controls for payroll and C&B operations, ensuring compliance
• Engage internal stakeholders to align C&B with business priorities and decisions
