Job summary

Li Tong Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to oversee project and operations management for key accounts in Hong Kong. You will liaise across departments to craft winning proposals and spearhead solution selling in ITAD, RSCM, and telecom asset management.

Regulatory compliance and cross-border framework negotiations are core duties. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ in business development or marketing, plus fluency in

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in B2B business development, specifically within ITAD, reverse logistics, or telecommunications sectors.
• Strong team-building and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years specifically in business development, product development, or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project & operations management for new and existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required by management.

Oversee comprehensive project & operations management for new and existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Liaise with internal departments to gather operational, pricing, and service information required for proposals

Spearhead solution selling initiatives to pitch and close corporate deals focusing on ITAD, RSCM Solutions, Telecom/Enterprise IT Asset Management, certified data sanitization, and closed-loop recycling systems

Execute risk & compliance tracking to ensure all electronics recycling initiatives maintain compliance with strict regional regulations and client-specific security Service Level Agreements

Establish Global Framework Negotiations to secure cross-border framework agreements that align with global environmental and compliance standards

Assist in ad-hoc projects as required by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Extensive experience in B2B business development, specifically within ITAD, reverse logistics, or telecommunications sectors
