Job summary

Li Tong Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to oversee project and operations management for key accounts in Hong Kong. You will liaise across departments to craft winning proposals and spearhead solution selling in ITAD, RSCM, and telecom asset management.

Regulatory compliance and cross-border framework negotiations are core duties. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ in business development or marketing, plus fluency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in B2B business development, specifically within ITAD, reverse logistics, or telecommunications sectors.
• Strong team-building and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years specifically in business development, product development, or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project & operations management for new and existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather information required for proposals.
• Spearhead solution selling to close corporate deals focusing on ITAD, RSCM, Telecom/Enterprise IT Asset Management, data sanitization, and recycling systems.
• Execute risk & compliance tracking to ensure recycling initiatives meet regulations and SLAs.
• Establish Global Framework Negotiations to secure cross-border agreements meeting standards.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required by management.
