Job summary

Suntory Beverage & Food Health Enrichment is seeking a Sales Administration Assistant in Hong Kong to support sales planning and order processing. You will coordinate across internal departments and with customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and operational efficiency.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail/FMCG, strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. MS Office is essential; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in retail or FMCG preferred.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and drive to achieve targets.
• Presentable, outgoing, team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support for sales planning and order processing to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate cross-functionally between internal departments and external customers for seamless order fulfillment.
• Prepare promotion forms, consolidate market intelligence, and generate regular sales reports and meeting presentations.
• Prepare sales data to assess effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service to achieve high satisfaction.
• Support the sales team in delivering outstanding sales performance and development.
• Perform ad hoc projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
