Job summary

Fides Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional in Hong Kong to assist the sales team with administrative tasks, order processing, and CRM management. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and accurate client data.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellence in English communication; Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales support or similar administrative role.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Cantonese/Mandarin advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Meticulous attention to data entry and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to the sales team (scheduling, correspondence, documentation).
• Process sales orders, quotations and proposals accurately and promptly.
• Maintain CRM with current client information.
• Coordinate with operations, finance and product teams to fulfil orders.
• Prepare sales reports, metrics and presentations for management.
• Manage contracts and documents in line with procedures.
• Assist with client inquiries and order status updates.
• Support sales events, meetings and client presentations.
• Follow up on opportunities to help meet targets.
