Job Description

• Responsible for quotation preparation, as well as processing and fulfillment of orders. Follow through and coordinate across work teams according to client’s requirements to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
• Provide quality and value-added client services. Timely response to customer inquiries, address any complaints and provide resolutions to their problems or issues in a professional manner.
• Preparation of quotation acceptance, receiving/releasing/transportation of goods, visual check reporting, preparation of work order for operations, and subsequently billing.
• Perform other projects/tasks as assigned by the supervisor
