Job summary

Yonyou Hong Kong/ 用友香港 is seeking a results-driven ERP sales professional to drive account development and manage complex client relationships. The role focuses on understanding client needs, proposing ERP solutions, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver proposals, respond to tenders, and ensure customer satisfaction after contract closure, building long-term partnerships. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Business Administration, IT or related fields.
• At least 3 years' industry experience with at least 1 year in application software.
• Excellent consultative selling and communication skills.
• Have own customers base and be target-driven.
• Customer-oriented with strategic mindset and project management know-how.
• High proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
• Immediate availability highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective customers to understand their business requirements, processes, and pain points, formulate account development plan and provide effective account management for ERP solutions;
• Achieve assigned sales targets that align with Company's objectives and directions;
• Maintain an accurate and strong sales pipeline;
• Prepare proposals and tender documents, for presentation to customers based on site review and analysis of requirements with customers, blueprints, specifications and tender documents;
• Work with project teams to conduct post-sale follow-ups with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with the completed contracts, maintain a positive attitude to maintain a long-term service relationship;

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 3 years' related industry working experience with at least 1 year of experiences on application software
• Excellent consultative selling skill and communication skill
• Have own customers basis and target driven is a MUST
• Customer-oriented, strategic mind-set with good project management know-how
• High proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
