Job summary

JD Logistics in Hong Kong is seeking a results-driven sales professional to promote logistics services and identify key decision-makers.

You will conduct planned client visits, cultivate long-term partner relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality aligns with client requirements.

Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese with English proficiency, plus prior logistics sales experience, will help you excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Mainland China college diploma or above; HK/Macau advanced diploma or above; fluent Mandarin/Cantonese with English proficiency.
• Experience in logistics/warehousing/transportation sales preferred; local HK client resources helpful.
• Strong relationship management and communication; able to work under pressure and meet targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Sell and promote JD Logistics' logistics services, follow up with customers who have logistics needs, and identify business decision-makers and entry points;


• Conduct planned customer visits according to the development plan, identify new clients, and achieve new client targets and sales performance;


• Communicate regularly with partner clients to establish good long-term cooperative relationships, and periodically promote company activities to clients;


• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure service quality meets customer requirements, and follow up on other projects assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Mainland China college diploma or above, Hong Kong or Macau advanced diploma or above, with excellent written and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese skills in both Chinese and English;


• Prior experience in logistics/warehousing/transportation sales is preferred, as is having local Hong Kong customer resources;


• Strong business relationship management, communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility, goal-orientedness, and ability to work under pressure;
