Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Field Sales professional to drive new business and grow existing customer relationships on Hong Kong Island. You will set up SOP and COP for customers and internal stakeholders, build strong customer relationships, and work with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

Fluent English and Chinese required; Mandarin is a plus. Candidates should have at least 2 years of sales experience in logistics/freight forwarding and solid MS Office

Qualifications

• Holder of HKDSE or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework (QF).
• At least 2 years sales experience in service industry, preferably gained in logistics/freight forwarding.
• Good knowledge of freight forwarding business.
• Strong selling, communication and presentation skills.
• Aggressive, able to work smartly.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage.
