Job summary

ATAL Engineering Group (ATAL) is expanding its dynamic sales team in Hong Kong. The Sales Engineer will identify business development opportunities, present tailored E&M solutions, and manage the tendering process to meet revenue goals.

The role requires a engineering degree and 3–5 years of sales or tendering experience in E&M contracting or related machinery; strong communication in English and Chinese is essential. Training and a performance bonus are offered.

Qualifications

3–5 years of sales, commercial tendering, or engineering applications experience.
Experience in material handling equipment, laundry equipment, E&M contracting or industrial machinery is preferred.
Strong analytical mind with good customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop business development plans to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
Present and promote tailored solutions to clients.
Understand customer pain points and propose relevant solutions to develop new business opportunities.
Manage the sales pipeline and engage in proposals and presentations.
Ensure all tender works are estimated correctly, completed, well-presented, and submitted by the deadline.
Collaborate with the team to develop technical proposals for tender bidding.
