Job summary

ATAL Engineering Group (ATAL) is expanding its dynamic sales team in Hong Kong. The Sales Engineer will identify business development opportunities, present tailored E&M solutions, and manage the tendering process to meet revenue goals.

The role requires a engineering degree and 3–5 years of sales or tendering experience in E&M contracting or related machinery; strong communication in English and Chinese is essential. Training and a performance bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales, commercial tendering, or engineering applications experience.
• Experience in material handling equipment, laundry equipment, E&M contracting or industrial machinery is preferred.
• Strong analytical mind with good customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business development plans to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
• Present and promote tailored solutions to clients.
• Understand customer pain points and propose relevant solutions to develop new business opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline and engage in proposals and presentations.
• Ensure all tender works are estimated correctly, completed, well-presented, and submitted by the deadline.
• Collaborate with the team to develop technical proposals for tender bidding.

• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & other MS Office software.
