Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related) or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of sales or engineering experience within construction, building materials, MEP, or industrial equipment sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities across construction, MEP, and industrial project sectors.
• Build and maintain strong networks with contractors, subcontractors, developers, and engineering consultants.
• Prepare and deliver technical sales proposals, product specifications, and competitive commercial quotes.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product delivery and order fulfillment.
