Job summary

ATAL Engineering Group seeks a dynamic professional to lead pre-sales and deliver Energy/HVAC/BMS solutions to business clients. The role involves engaging with clients through tender briefings, visits and demonstrations to expand the customer base.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and demonstrates independence, strong communication, and an analytical mindset with customer-service focus. English and Chinese proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Energy/Engineering/IT/Electronic disciplines.
• Able to self-learn, be independent and proactive.
• Strong analytical mind with good customer service skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Senior Sales Engineer if experience is solid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Team to perform pre-sales activities and provide Energy/HVAC/BMS solutions to clients.
• Attend tender briefings, client visits, seminars, and product demos to expand the client pool.
• Prepare and submit tenders or sales-related proposals.
• Coordinate with vendors and project teams to ensure smooth project progress.

Responsible for tender preparation & submission or sales related proposal

Liaise with vendors and project team to ensure projects go smoothly

Requirements:

Degree Holder who major in Energy / Engineering / IT / Electronic related discipline

Able to Self-learning, independent and aggressive

Strong analytical mind with good customer service skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with solid experience could be considered as Senior Sales Engineer
