Job summary

First Shanghai Securities Limited in Hong Kong is seeking highly motivated individuals to support client services and sales activities. You will assist with servicing in-house clients, account openings, trade orders, and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines, with at least 2 years’ experience in institutional or retail sales support or high-net-worth client service in the securities industry.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in institutional sales / retail sales support or high-net-worth client service in the securities industry.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive working attitude, able to work independently, detail-oriented and communicative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in customer servicing and relationship maintenance of In-house clients.
• Support new clients with account opening, document preparation and follow-up procedures.
• Assist with trade order placement, execution tracking and settlement follow-up.
• Conduct basic business data collection, sorting and preliminary business analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client service and operational flow support.
• Complete other ad-hoc duties assigned by the department head.
