Job summary

uSMART Securities is recruiting for a Branch Sales/Customer Service role in Hong Kong. You will handle walk-in clients, assist in account openings, and promote our financial products with a focus on service quality and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree or higher, strong communication and relationship skills, and at least 1 year in securities sales or client services. English and Chinese fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• Passed HKSI paper 1, 7, 8, or Licensed with SFC Type 1 preferred, but not a must
• At Least 1 year sales or customer services experience in securities firm
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Handle branch walk-in client enquiries and assist in register and account opening procedure
• Achieve business goals through proactive business solicitation and relationship building with customers
• Introduce and demonstrate products and services to customers
• provide quality customer services and handle client's enquiries and feedback
• Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
