Futu Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a customer services professional to respond to inquiries and provide information on stock market trends and investment opportunities. The role works closely with promoters to drive brand awareness and engagement, while delivering high-quality client services on accounts.

The ideal candidate has a finance/marketing background, 2+ years in securities/banking, SFC licenses, and strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, PR/communications or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years relevant work experience in securities firms, banking or marketing industry.
• SFC license Type 1.
• SFC license Type 4 is an advantage.
• Independent and customer-focused with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Willingness to work at the branch and on shift including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on stock market trends, investment opportunities, and other related topics
• Work closely with promoters to implement activations and events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
• Provide quality customer services and handle all client’s account services enquiries
• Assist in scheduling working hours and involve in performance management/counseling on operations staff
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
