Job summary
First Shanghai Securities Limited is seeking a Customer Services Officer, Client Onboarding to drive compliant client onboarding. You will perform CDD/KYC, review AML controls, and support account opening from a regulatory perspective.
Qualifications include a finance-related degree, 3+ years in an SFC-licensed firm, and strong English/Chinese; immediate availability is a plus. The role offers 5-day work, year-end bonus, discretionary bonus, and medical & life insurance.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Finance or related subjects.
- At least 3 years of experience in SFC-licensed firms.
- Strong knowledge of KYC, onboarding, AML/CTF.
- Familiar with various client types: individuals, corporates, trusts, institutions.
- Fluent Chinese and English; Mandarin is essential.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive CDD and KYC for various accounts.
- Perform periodic reviews of CDD, KYC and AML.
- Review AML/KYC documentation including FATCA/CRS.
- Assist Sales Team on account opening from compliance perspective.
- Handle due diligence questionnaires and documentation.
- Collaborate with front and back office to improve onboarding automation.
- Maintain client data in the system and update records.
- Ensure policies and procedures comply with AML and regulatory requirements.
- Work on ad-hoc projects with other units.
