Qualifikationen

• Degree holder or above with finance-related background.
• 1-2 years or more in client services or sales support, preferably in finance.
• SFC Representative License for Type 1 and 2 is a must.
• Strong communication and team player.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Aufgaben

• Handle clients’ enquiries and provide extraordinary services face-to-face or via telephone/email.
• Work with teams in client on-boarding, PI, fund in/out, SI/physical stocks deposit and withdrawal, refund, etc. in compliance with rules and regulations.
• Support different business units such as corporate/institution/PI clients on account opening, deposit/withdrawal, etc.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems.
• Participate in ad hoc assignments or testing jobs as required

Requirement:

• Degree holder /Higher Diploma or above
• 1-2 years or above relevant experience in client services/sales support, preferably in the fields of finance, title
• would adjust based on the relevant experience
• Representative License under SFC for Type 1 and 2 regulated activities is a must
• A good team player with excellent communication skill and proactive attitude
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office, English & Chinese Word Processing
