Job summary

Valuable Capital Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a client services/support professional to handle inquiries, support onboarding and account operations across corporate and institutional clients. The role emphasizes compliance, accuracy, and proactive service delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or above, with 1–2 years in client services or sales support, and a valid SFC Type 1 and 2 license. English, Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above with finance-related background.
• 1-2 years or more in client services or sales support, preferably in finance.
• SFC Representative License for Type 1 and 2 is a must.
• Strong communication and team player.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handle clients’ enquiries and provide extraordinary services face-to-face or via telephone/email.
• Work with teams in client on-boarding, PI, fund in/out, SI/physical stocks deposit and withdrawal, refund, etc. in compliance with rules and regulations.
• Support different business units such as corporate/institution/PI clients on account opening, deposit/withdrawal, etc.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems.
• Participate in ad hoc assignments or testing jobs as required
