Responsibilities

• Onboard clients, including KYC/AML checks and periodic reviews.
• Handle transactions and account information maintenance (deposits/withdrawals, transfers, etc).
• Answer customer hotline enquiries and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Settlement, Finance and IT to improve processes and customer experience.

Job description

Sales Support - Strategic Client Department

Clients onboarding, including due diligence (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) checks, and periodic review. The service caters to a diverse client base, including individual, corporate, trust, family office, and listed company.

Handle accounts transactions (e.g. Fund deposit/withdraw, equities transfer, physical shares etc.) and account information maintenance.

Handle customer hotline enquiries

Addressing client inquiries and devising tailored solutions.

Work closely with, operation, Settlement, Finance and IT departments to enhance the efficiency of work processes and the quality of customer experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2 years working experiences in financial industry (fresh graduate also considerable)

Strong focus on client service, ability to work under pressure, think effectively, and solve problems effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate holding SFC licenses (Type 1 and Type 2 preferred) is a plus.

Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
