Job summary

Links Recruitment Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Assistant for its Hong Kong team to support business operations across the region. You will manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process from order receipt through delivery and payment collection, and process customer orders and quotations in SAP.

Coordinate with factories, logistics providers, and warehouse partners to ensure timely deliveries, monitor shipments and lead times, and resolve issues proactively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support or order management.
• Experience in a multinational/international environment preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP or ERP systems.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Degree or Diploma in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

About the Company

Our client is a well-established MNC company providing innovative technology solutions to customers across healthcare, industrial, and advanced manufacturing sectors. They are currently looking for a Sales Assistant to join their Hong Kong team and support business operations across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from order receipt through to delivery and payment collection
• Process customer orders, quotations, and related transactions accurately within SAP
• Coordinate with factories, logistics providers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and product lead times, proactively resolving any supply or delivery issues
• Serve as the primary contact point for customer enquiries relating to orders, product availability, inventory status, delivery tracking, and commercial requests
• Support the sales team in following up RFQs, preparing quotations, reports, and other sales administration activities
• Generate and analyze sales, quotation, booking, and open-order reports to support business development activities
• Coordinate value-added logistics services and special customer requirements where needed
• Handle customer complaints and work closely with internal stakeholders to provide timely resolutions
• Support invoicing, payment follow-up, account reconciliation, and month-end operational activities
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting to support business operations and customer service excellence

Key Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, supply chain, or commercial operations
• Experience in a multinational or international business environment is preferred
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
• Familiarity with import/export operations, logistics coordination, or order fulfilment processes is beneficial
• Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Customer-focused, proactive, and hands-on approach
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive team player with strong interpersonal skills
