Gfi World is seeking a Sales Operation Assistant Manager/Manager to lead a small sales administration team, overseeing daily operations and service delivery for clients in the healthcare sector. The role focuses on improving processes, ensuring accurate records, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Candidates should have a degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience (3+ in people management), and strong PC skills including Power BI, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably service industry with 3 years+ people management experience.
• Strong PC skills: Power BI, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot table), Word, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing; SAP experience.
• Fluent written English and Chinese; good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated with problem solving and leadership abilities; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a small sales administration team, overseeing daily sales operations and administration for services to clients.
• Support the sales team with sales administration tasks related to service offerings and workflows.
• Act as a key contact for clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining relationships.
• Collaborate to track and resolve logistics and quality issues related to service delivery.
• Review and optimize sales administration procedures to improve efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of system records for service contracts and client details.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small sales administration team, overseeing daily sales operations and administration for services provided to potential and existing clients.
• Support the sales team by assisting with sales administration tasks related to service offerings, ensuring efficient processes and workflows.
• Act as a key point of contact for potential and existing clients, liaising with them to address any inquiries or concerns and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with relevant parties to track and follow-up on logistics and quality issues related to service delivery, ensuring timely resolution.
• Review and optimize sales administration procedures specific to service offerings, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of system records related to service contracts and client details, maintaining up-to-date and precise information.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements
