The role includes preparing quotations, processing orders, and providing outstanding client services. Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of customer service experience, and strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service role.
• Good customer services and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for quotation preparation and processing of orders.
• Provide quality and value-added client services.
• Timely response to customer inquiries and resolution of complaints.
• Preparation of quotations, order processing, and billing.
• Perform other projects/tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
