The Dairy Farm Company, Limited 牛奶有限公司 in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Retail Operations professional to drive sales by presenting stores in a compelling, easy-to-shop layout. You will lead a team, monitor promotions, and analyze performance to maximise revenue across a network of Mannings-style stores.

You will report to the Regional Operations Manager, hold a Business/ Retail degree, and bring 5+ years in retail operations with at least 2 years in management.

Formación

• Report to the Regional Operations Manager.
• 5+ years in retail operations or customer service.
• 2 years at managerial level.
• Experience in sizable stores is a plus.
• Team player with can-do mindset.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Good computer skills on MS Word & Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Generate sales by presenting stores in an easy to shop, logical, clean, attractive environment.
• Ensure layout reflects demand and drive sales with promotions encouraging customers into stores.
• Analyse sales information to maximise sales and provide feedback to regional manager and buying team.
• Monitor competitor activities with weekly store visits to maintain competitive advantage.
• Optimise space and stock levels to minimise stockouts and maximise sales.
• Motivate, coach and lead the team to provide excellent customer service and performance.
• Collaborate on product launches, procedures, people planning to improve store environment and achieve sales targets.
• Communicate effectively to enable the team to achieve goals.
